A wonderful sweet little device and just what I need for making my smoothies everyday. Perfect size also. Excellent customer service.

I had misfortune that my BlendJet (jar) was damaged, probably during transport or customs inspection. I contacted the Customer Service, to inform them about the problem and suggested that in the future they pack the base and jar separately, in a buble wrap, in order to preserve them as much as possible during transport. These wonderful people responded very quickly, looking for details and pictures of the damage and sending a replacement jar within 24 hours. Because of such professional approach, I plan to order another one, in different colour, for my husband and, of course, to recommend BlendJet to everyone!

Really enjoy my afternoon Pick me up Iced Mochas. This machine crushes my Ice, Chocolate covered espresso beans and blends my protein powder evenly.

My experience was excellent, product was just as described received in a timely manner and performs great! Will do business with this company again! Everybody wants one!

I ordered a Blendjet2 March 29. April 3 received confirmation. Status unfulfill April 8, sent email asking for an update. Sent another email April 28th. No response to either! My card has been charged! I can understand be back logged, especially during this time but no reponse in over a month...inexcusable. And at the top of page viewing order, says 2 day shipping during COVID. I can't even see a way to cancel my order. No phone #, no option...nothing. Scam? Looking like it to me even though there seem to be alot of glowing reviews out there!

SHIPPED ME A DEFECTIVE BLENDJET2. Won’t charge, won’t start, won’t blend. Only keeps blinking blue, purple and red like a flipping traffic like and turning off. Solid white means it’s safe to blend. WHY IS IT NOT??!? I am extremely disappointed.

I dropped my blendjet and the cup cracked at the bottom where it screws into the bottom blades. I duct taped the bottom and it still works.

Not chargung any more after 2 uses.

Love my blendjet best portable blender ever & blends things perfect i use my blendjet to make my smoothies & protein shakes gets the job done quick & easy ✅ totally recommend

Pure junk! Only good for blending water & powder. SOFT water!
God forbid you put in a scoop of ice cream or frozen berries, it'll lock up. Meaning you've got to dismantle the whole thing, re-assemble to unlock. Again, Only good for EXTREMELY light blending. Save your money.

I like that they have tons of colors and smoothie packekt(those should be $2 if it has zero sugar or good sugar like monkfruit)I would buy it if it were $25 or $30 after shipping but not $50.$50 is way to much for most people to afford.
